Join the NHOLC staff and Dr. Rick Van de Poll for another day of Fungal Madness! This second day, which can be taken independently from the first, is for the more advanced practitioner and is called “Mushrooms 102.” Both are excellent learning opportunities for mushroom enthusiasts in southern and central Maine and New Hampshire. The same general schedule of slides, foray, and cooking session will take place each day, but different material will be presented! We will also visit different field sites that are suited for a wide diversity of late season fungi. Don’t forget your basket, a hand lens, and an appetite!
